Shopping & Shipping Information
Once you have purchased a piece of artwork from the Art Shop, you’ll receive a confirmation email. I will follow this up with another email to confirm when your order is ready for shipping and give you the tracking details.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and plastic cellophane and shipped in a hard-backed unbendable envelope or box, with additional protective padding.
Shipping & tracking
I am based in Sweden and use PostNord most of the time and usually ships items 1 to 2 times a week.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you place your order, as I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. I am also not liable for any extra postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to me for any reason (unless of course I have mistakenly shipped it to the wrong location).
Once I have posted your order, I’ll send an email to you to let you know your package is on its way to you, including the tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Luckily, the vast majority of packages arrive safe and sound.
Shipping time
It is hard to say how long shipping will take, as a lot also depends on your country’s postal service, but it is usually 3-5 working days. I do not offer expedited shipping, but all items are sent with tracking, so you can check the delivery progress. If you haven’t received your goods in 4-5 weeks, please email me at [email protected].
International shipping
I currently ship to most countries.
Please note that I am not responsible for any customs tax or duties that may be payable by you for goods sent to your country, or any resulting delays in delivery due to customs checks.
Payments
I use PayPal to process purchases, which is safe and easy for you to use. You don’t need to have a PayPal account. It will safely and securely process your debit and credit card payments.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
In Sweden VAT is added to art works at a rate of 12% and is charged to all customers based in European Union (EU) countries. You can check out this site for more information: https://europa.eu/european-union/about-eu/countries_en
Refunds & returns
I hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 3 weeks of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I am also happy to exchange the item.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return and refund if they are returned to me within 3 weeks of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides tracking.
The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
